I hate the friend zone

So there's a woman at work weonoe each other well we have never hung outside of work but we have had our little work clicks we l about 2 yrs ago we had a shift change which left her and I on same shift we really didn't know any one else except only shift changed what ever .well the friend and I would talk about any and every thing from her ** life and what not I
