That i really want to have an intimacy with my friends wife ,i just feel it in my chest like right know i cant help it.

If you love your wife you wont act on these fantasies. If you do you are not only risking your relationship with your wife but also her friendship with this woman which is not fair.
maybe try distancing yourself from this wojan so you wont be tempted.
