Have a crush on a TA?
I don't know how it happened...but I've come to realize that I have feelings for a guy who used to be my TA. Maybe that's why I went to all my discussion? Or maybe that's why I participated? Maybe that how I got an A lol. But serious talk now. I kinda still have contact with him and we see each other often, but rarely talk. He's much older than I, and something tells me it won't work out. I want to forget him but it's hard when I see him too often. Maybe i should talk to him? I'm an undergrad, but idk, feel like I'll be walking into a problem! Help!!! What to do???
Go for it. You have nothing to lose. Before you assume that it will end bad, why not reach out to him and ask to meet for a coffee. You can use becoming a ta yourself or the class topic as a conversation starter. And if he is game, you ask questions and find out what his relationship status is. Have to start somewhere, who knows ..maybe if it doesn't turn into something romantic, you'll end up with a good friend.
