Got it, and yes.....nosy people are horrid little creatures. I suppose the best thing I can tell you is that most people find it easier to run someone else's life than it is to run their own (note that the nosiest people are usually the ones whose lives are in the greatest disarray), mostly because they have nothing invested in other people's lives and so they can be cavalier and absolute about what those other people should be doing and how they should be doing it. My only advice is to deflect their inquiries about your life, offer as little as you possibly can (or nothing at all) about it, and find a few friends who you truly can trust and share the details of your life with them, but only them. It's going to be difficult to find truly trustworthy people, and it will require some trial-and-error, but it'll be worthwhile. Good luck.

Sorry for my ignorance, but I really can't tell whether you're creating a very clever and ironic homonym for "nosiest" to describe people who might be called "know-it-alls", or if you simply meant to refer to people who stick their noses in other people's business. Either way, though, I guess the answer to your question is "yes", that they are annoying, but it changes what other things your respondents might say.

I guess the correct spelling for it is nosy. Haha & yes that's what they are.
