Why is this even a confession? What does being "emo" mean? That you act all depressed? That you cut yourself? That you listen to post-** bands? You can be whatever you want, you can act and look the way you want, but PLEASE leave the stereotypes aside. Even if you're not trying to look like the typical "emo" kid, don't call yourself that, it doesn't mean a thing. Don't label yourself. You're not a product, you're a person.

'Emo' doesn't mean a thing to me apart from someone who wants to seem a 'little bit different'. Except that there are so many of them that it doesn't even work. Either get some metal in your ears or run with the popular kids.
