I have this urge I can't shake, I just want to run away from California to the Midwest where no one would think to look for me. I would do it quietly and suddenly, but every once in a while, I'd send a Polaroid to my friends, just to let them know I'm alive, and I'd send it from a different place each time so they couldn't track me down. I've been feeling like doing this for two years now, I just can't get rid of this fantasy.
Sometimes you just have to get up and go. I was born and raised on the east coast, went to college on the west coast, even studied abroad in Europe for a year. Now I live in the Midwest, and even though I may not like this place nearly as much as I liked some of the other places I've lived, I love who I am here. Your urges may just be telling you it is time for change.

ditto. I wish I could run from all of my ** and all of my responsibilities and headaches and just start over with a clean fng slate!
problem is, you can't run from yourself. so I am stuck having to deal with major ** and clean up all of my messes so I can one day make a clean break. better not to leave loose ends and to have LIQUID CASH.
