Social Life
I recently moved to this rich neighborhood/town. I made tons of new friends. I want to hang out with them more, but my parents just don't understand. They feel that they need to tag along 24/7 when me and my friends hang out at the pier or the beach. Everyone else does it like everyday. And the neighborhood is perfectly safe. Am I too young or what? I am in 7th grade. Even all the 6th graders get freedom, but not me and I hate it so much!!! My parents even know that I don't want them around all the time but they still insist on it. It's ruining my social life and ability to enjoy life as its passing by.
I've been that way too... But what you're saying can't be because maybe your parents just want to look out for you. What if you saw that you were hanging out with the wrong crowd and your parents weren't there? You can just hang out with your friends at school and hang out else where once in a while. Don't consider what I'm saying is something stupid. If your reputation in school mattered that much, then you should listen to other people than just yourself.

Oh yeah SELFISH PERSON ALERT! Your parents gave birth to you and welcomed you to the world and if you weren't born you wouldn't have moved in a rich neighborhood/town and have a "social life" and be able to live. So show some respect STEP IT UP!!!!
Your too young. Even though you consider yourself a "teen" your barely 13. Until you show some respect,responsibility,and hard work who knows maybe in an a few months you can have more freedom.
