DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ RENTAL CAR!!! I currently work for Hertz (not for too much longer though!) The customers used to matter but not anymore! I am telling you - RUN - AVIS, Enterprise, Rent a Wreck are all a much better choice! A lot of my customers will threaten to go somewhere else and I am laughing inside because I know what is going on in the insides and I am hoping and wishing that you would go somewhere else to save yourself from this horrible company. I know for a fact that they are told from upper management NOT TO CLEAN the cars! They are buying used cars now from car auctions! This is not the "Old Hertz" anymore - welcome to the 'new Hertz" They truly do not care about their customers anymore! They are concerned about one thing and one thing only - the final bottom numbers. The company is in trouble and would not be shocked if Hertz did not exist in 3 years!
Most big businesses don't care about their customers, what the ** else is new??
This isn't really a confession. Ventibate would be better for you.
A lot of rental places by from auction. And most companies ARE only concerned with profits. That's why just about every product or service is ** any more.
