My boyfriend and I have been together

My boyfriend and I have been together almost 2 years and I have realized that he wants to spend unhealthy amounts of time together. We don't live together we live probably 30 minutes away from eachother and I like to see him and spend time, but I like to have time for my friends who have been completely neglected from the start of this relationship. How do I express this without hurting him. I think that 7 days a week with each other is way too much, that is for married people.

  • It's actually quite the opposite once you're married. Eventually, you spend ALOT less time together as you begin raising families, careers and the like.... My advice, DO NOT think spending alot of time together is ONLY for married couples.... It's actually only for NEW couples, so enjoy all the time you can now because eventually u'll not being spending near the time with each other that you wish you could...

  • Yea I think 7 days is too much 4 to 5 per week seems to be ok at least it work for my bf and I.

  • OP I talked to my bf about it and we have decided to cut back instead of everyday we will stick to maybe 5 days per week. We both work very crazy hours so it's kinda hard sometimes

  • -im last commenter well i wouldnt just trade him and i dont wish he would spend the whole week with me but i do wish more cuz to me it doesnt complettely feel like hes my bf cuz i never get to se him really.

  • yeah same here actually lol.

  • Can I have your boyfriend? I would prefer mine to be like yours.
