i have been weight lifting for 5 years

i have been weight lifting for 5 years (since 15)

I really enjoy upper body training, Abs, biceps, pecs, shoulders etc...

then i looked in the mirror and realised my biceps are practically the same size as my thighs. =S this has obviously interested Bodybuilding magazines (as the word got around) now i wish i never got my picture taken. and some girls and body builders notice me in the streets, i also had to give some people autographs... i really don't enjoy any fame... im a shy guy.

My girlfriend said that i should do some more squats lol, sounds so stupid i never really looked in the mirror closely.

  • Yeah most guys focus on the upper body. Squats will do wonders for your whole body. I am a former bicycle racer so I have the opposite situation. Big legs with an underdeveloped upper body. We even have a squat rack in the back porch. Buy yourself a squat rack and build them legs.

  • Get over yourself, there are bigger issues in this world than your biceps!
