When I was about 8 years old, my cousin who was then 10 years old used to play with me, but in the dirty way, actually it was me playing with her, but I don't think I knew what I was doing. We're both females and were just curious. I seriously didn't know what I was doing. We hid under our aunts bed as we all lived together and I often fingered her, lick her **. Now both of us are teens and I still want to do it again, is it weird?

You are no weird, it is perfectly normal for children to be curious enough to wanna learn about sexual pleasure and play and then experience what they've learned.
I'll tell you what is weird, if anyone says that they never masturbated or engaged in some kind of sexual activity with friends or relatives when they were children now that would be out of the ordinary, so don't feel that way about your experience, most of us have done the same thing when we were little, we were just to embarrassed to admit it back in the days because of societies stigma, but now a days it's nothing to be ashamed of and should all be mature humans who can admit that we enjoy sexual pleasure at any age and with whom ever we choose of any age also...
