I found one of my friend's overdue bills, called to make sure of the amount, and paid it off for them. I don't want them to find out I did it, because they would be offended, but it was a small amount and they aren't in a good spot money wise. In addition, they need to notify the company of a change and I'm pretty sure they forgot, but I can't do it on their behalf since phone support asks for identity verification. How can I remind them without making it obvious I did something?
