In what i tell my dad?

I found my mother in an objectionable position with 2 men.i was so embarassed but she dosent seem to mind it much.i dont consider her as a mom now.after my repeated warnings that i will tell everything to dad she continue calling them after my dad leaves.i dont know how to tell this to my dad?i am really embarassed to say it directly.what to do?
