Problem With Sleepovers

I confess that I have a problem with having sleepovers with friends and always have a little sense of dread the whole time while when I spend the night with grandparents I love it the whole time. It's very embarrassing and I feel horrible about not liking sleep overs with friends and won't tell them. I know this is a strange confession but I had to say something.
