I'm fifteen and she's 12 but if you met her you'd think she's the same age as me, she lives way to far away to talk to her, and I'm to chicken to text her, but honestly I truely love her, her eyes sparkle her smile is amazing and I'm just truely in love.

Text her just to say hi. After that, text her about something else - ask her opinion on a film, or something she's into. Pysch rule of thumb - people like being listened to and being asked their opinion. They then sub consciously pick up on the fact you are interested in them and they like you.
