Any man afraid to kis, hug and/or hold hands with his girlfriend or wife is not TRULY in love with her...If he lover you for you, and is comfortable with you, it woun't matter where you are or who you're with.. perhaps he isn't mature enough to handle it yet...give it time...Good luck!

I disagree with the first comment. Sometimes people are just not comfortable with public displays of affection. Besides, you sound young, so maybe he is just shy. You just have to let him know how you feel about it.
