I'm not sure what to do

Everytime I cuddle with my boyfriend the only thing I can think about is how we aren't going to last and I'm not sure why because I'm really happy with him, but I am moving away in the summer and I don't know if he'll want me still after I do move. So i just usually end up thinking about how we won't last and I'm very confused.
