I did it again

I did it again.. I don't use razors but dull blades,sissors,pins they cause the pain and the marks fade faster so I don't get caught.. no one knows this please don't be like me because sometimes if I go at it enough...it does leave a mark and I wear my wrist band constantly...I have been doing this since I was 10 and now I cant stand my self..who knows what might happen to me soon..but I do not care
