Worthless employee
When it comes to work you are a waste. You are pitifully slow, and from an operations stand point, utterly inept. The management team can not depend on you to do anything (besides complain endlessly.) You are a real pain to be around and you are either unwilling or incapable of adjusting to change. You have not grown in all these years, and are a stubborn, uncooperative, unpleasant, toxic employee.
But we take it easy on you, because you aren't a bad person and you seem to be trying to do well.
Are you grateful for this easy treatment? Of course not. you loudly proclaim your own greatness even while you fail to meet basic goals. You feel we ought to allow you to do even less. you want us to bend which ever way your wind blows, and people are starting to get really ** off at you. People who dont get ** at anyone are getting ** at you.
But what can we do? You arent breaking rules, so we cant fire you. We cant drive you out because we pity you... all we can do is grit our teeth and bear your inane, witless spouting.
But... I guess there is something we can do. We can stop accomodating you. We can stop cutting you slack we dont cut for others. Then we canwait for you to realize how good you had it.
One day someone else will be writing the same language of yours on you and about you. Let's see how you take it as. (:
I hope you werent like the last company i worked for, if you to fire the entire management and replace them with a few guys that had their ** together efficiency and profit for everyone would be up 40 percent. if employees dont have any money incentive to do better the company will suffer, basically your own greed will make you poorer.
