Friend crossed the line. . . . imo
I've been married for 3 years, love my husband, and everything has been great. We recently had my friend Carol and her husband Tim over for dinner. I've known her for a couple of years, we work together.
We were having dinner and chatting about things that are on our bucket lists. I said that I'd like to vacation in Hawaii, my husband said he wanted to travel Europe, just normal stuff. I don't know if she was drunk or what, but Carol said that her bucket list included "swapping husbands" for **. My jaw pretty much hit the floor when she said that. My husband laughed and said, "That sounds hot--I'd be in." I gave him a nasty look and an elbow to his ribs. I said, "You want to ** Carol? Or me to ** Tim?" He replied, "Well, I'm just sayin' that sounds hot." Tim sat there with a weird grin--I was not sure what the ** was going through his mind.
We dropped the subject, but afterwards it was a bit of a weird vibe. I think Carol has the hots for my husband and vice versa. It ** me off that I was the only one of the four of us who saw a problem with this.
