Landlady put out !
My wife and I manage several apartments...She usually wears short skirts and stockings in her office on fridays and as she is the only person who works in the office she is free to do as she pleases...and she does....she loves it when guys come in to pay the rent or often they will come in to chat she always has coffee and snacks...she has been known to turn her chair to face them and cross her lags or sit facing them and " unknowingly " let them get a good look up her skirt...she either wears lacy ** or none at all...so it reaaly didnt surprise me when the teasing got the best of her and she had to sctatch the itch betwwen her legs.....recently....she went into a tenants apartment to help him with his computer...when she finished she asked him if there was anything else.....he told her that he would like some of what he keeps seeing up that skirt every time he comes in her office to pay rent...she kicked her lacy yellow ** off and flopped down on his bed and spread her legs telling him " then do it "...he licked her c*** and she came twice before he climbed on and f***** her.....when she got up she told him to keep the yellow ** to remember her by.......she told me what had happened after she got home...and we had some great s**.......true story .....I have no doubt she will do it again if she is tempted.....

Can't be true, anyone who has managed rental properties for long, never look at tenants as lovers, no matter how good they look or nice they are. They are just current problems, potential problems or the quite 80%. Now after they have left your properties is another issue.....but good story.

That's great and ** story. As long as no one gets hurt by her teasing, I don't see a problem with it. How old is your wife?

She is 50 + and in great shape... the best legs around...and we are both okay with her desire to " play "... she loves having someone looking up her skirt when she " unknowingly" positions herself in her office chair giving them a great view .... she was very aroused while telling me of her fling....she told me how that when she stood in front of him and he spoke to her he stood up and slowly opened her blouse bring her great ** into view....as he proceeded to ** on one he slipped his hand under her skirt and inserted his ** into her bringing an instant **....that's when the ** came off and she laid back on the edge of his bed while we went to work on her with his tongue....to her it was a fantasy fulfilled...!!
My wife has always been a bit of an exhibitionist .not long ago ..she had told me that she had been at a local store wearing her usual attire .... without ** .... perfect for teasing..often she met a coca cola delivery driver at the store and she would walk in aisle he is stacking product in and pretend to be shopping and bend over causing her short skirt to ride way up on her ** ... she would do this a few times giving him a nice show and it made her lunch break exciting as she would get extremely wet .... this particular day the driver who she was familiar with had her stand between a couple of pallets stacked with product in the aisle and with both hands yanked her skirt up around her waist as he knelt down licking her wet ** as she stood there between the pallets head and chest exposed hoping no one approached their spot while he quickly brought her to ** getting to his feet telling her next time you can repay me the favor! He quickly left her standing there somewhat disheveled with her skirt still up around her waist ........
I found out about this when I saw her drive back into the complex and go into her office ... I went to ask her how her lunch was when she told me to lock the doos as she reached in her desk drawer, grabbed a ** she leaves in there, sat in her office chair pulled the skirt back up and dove into her soaking ** with her ** .... head tossed back and moaning wildly ... she stopped after her 3rd quick ** .... that is when she told me what had taken place ................
Are all the weirdos coming out because of Covid 19 or have they always been around?
