My mother Narelle becomes a child care centre manager part 4

So following yesterday afternoon's diaper changes from both Olivia and my mother Narelle this morning we arrived at the child care centre this morning and my mother said I need to get into work as the child care centre manager again for the day but she said as you know I spoke with both Giselle and Emma on the phone last night and they are both working this morning and suddenly they both came up and said to my mother narelle this must be Robert that you were telling each of us about on the phone last night and my mother Narelle said yes this is Robert and Giselle said well the diaper changing facilities and change table are set up ready to go but at the moment both change tables are being used right now to diaper change younger children by Amanda and Olivia but Giselle said as soon as one diaper change table becomes available either myself or Emma will take you in there and change your diaper and I replied to Giselle in the meantime can you please go in there wash your hands and put some gloves on your hands and I replied to Emma can you please go in there and wash your hands and put some gloves on your hands as well and Emma said to Giselle let's go in there and put some gloves on our hands and tell Amanda and Olivia to hurry up suddenly as Giselle Emma were making their way into the diaper changing facilities Olivia opened the door and said if one of you ladies would like to bring Robert in and change his diaper you can do so right now and Giselle and Emma both asked which one of us do you want for the first diaper change for this morning Robbie and I replied Emma would you mind and she replied no problem I will however need to wash my hands and put some gloves on my hands and with that she said ok Robbie come with me please so I immediately followed her to the diaper changing facilities and she said ok Robbie you better come in and I will close the door behind us and then we can lift you up onto the diaper change table and get you laying down on your back and I will lift your bottom and legs up so I followed her in and she closed the door behind us and she said ok Robbie I need you to take your hat , jacket and shoes and socks off and climb up onto the diaper change table and lay down on your back for me so I did and I climbed up onto the change table and laid down on my back and within a couple of minutes she stood at the end of the change table and lifted up my bottom and legs and she took my tracksuit pants off and threw them on the chair near the door and all of a sudden she started to unfasten my dirty and smelly diaper and she opened up her baby wipes container and took out some wipes and began to clean up my bottom for the next 10 to 15 minutes with her baby wipes and she then opened up the baby powder and rubbed some on my bottom and she then opened up the packet of baby diapers and took one out of the packet and she placed it on my bottom and started to fasten it on my bottom and she reached over and picked up my tracksuit pants and pulled them back up over my baby diaper and she said ok Robbie all done it's been very fun and she said your next one will be done by Giselle and all of a sudden my mother who of course is the child care centre manager knocked on the change room facility door and said thanks for changing him Emma and she replied that's ok narelle it was a long process just to get his diaper changed and my mother replied that's all part of the job Emma and Emma said yes I know I do this every day and it's always a lot of fun even though it's also a very dirty job and my mother replied yes it is Emma but we are child care centre staff members and just then Giselle came in with another younger child and placed her on the next change table and my mother replied ok Emma you can go back to playground duty and leave me to change my son's diaper this time and Emma asked are you going to do it while Giselle is changing another young child and my mother replied yes of course I am because I am the child care centre manager and Robert is my son and Giselle is about to change the other child and Emma said maybe you and Giselle should swap children and have Giselle change your son Robert and you change the other child Narelle and she said well I'm sticking with changing my son's diaper so I need to get started and Emma said well don't forget to put some gloves on and my mother replied I won't forget to put some gloves on and with that my mother washed her hands and went over to the boxes of gloves and took out a pair and started to put them on her hands while I laid down on my back on the change table waiting for her to get started with changing my diaper
