Should I quit drinking?
Every time I go on a sober sprint (where I go a certain amount of time without alcohol), I wonder if I should quit alcohol for good. Is this a sign that I need to quit drinking?

30 years alcohol free. Answer this question "is my drinking causing a problem?" If you answer "yes" you need to quit. I answered yes and don't regret it at all.
It depends how bad your experiences are. From the sounds of it, it must be bad if you have to keep thinking that each time. Good luck.
