Maid service

I’m a married man and the same woman has been cleaning our house once a week for the last several years.
There’s was never any overt sexual tension between us but I know she found me attractive.
A few weeks ago I told her I was heading upstairs to take a shower and she said ok, which means don’t come into my room normally.
When I came out of the shower she was on her knees by the towel rack fiddling with a vacuum. I was shocked and she said “oh I’m sorry” but was smiling. As soon as I saw her smile, I started getting an erection. Well she ended up blowing me. I usually have pretty good self control but I had no defence against an attractive woman putting her mouth on my erect d***.
Now this has become a weekly thing. I’ve tried to dissuade her but I haven’t been trying as hard as I should.
Not sure how to stop this and carry on like things were before she blew me.
