I think I was kidnapped

Ex bf one time let me get in his car and he wanted to go and eat. I wanted to go home. He kept driving to where he wanted to eat and I didn’t want to go there but I had no choice. Eventually he took me home. Is it kidnapping if I went home but I was somewhere I didn’t want to be?
