Not a good friend

I did a really bad thing to a really good friend and now he does not speak to me.
Let me first explain both of us are gay. We have been best friends after we found out about each other. We were comfortable around each other and have even had very passionate **.
Last week I took him along to my weed dealers house for a buy. My weed dealer is black guy and gives me a discount if I service him. When we arrived there were actually three guys hanging out, smoking/drinking and watching TV. I was surprised when my dealer asked me to take care of him, considering he had company. I agreed and thought we would go to in a private room. But instead he pulled out his ** and wanted me to do it right there, in front of everyone. As he sat in the chair I got on my knees between his legs and started sucking.
A few minutes later I heard something going on behind me so I looked up. The two other men were struggling with my friend and pulling his clothes off. Before i could say anything my guy grabbed my head and forced it down on his **. When I got a chance I looked up again and saw the two men holding my friend down on the couch. All of them were naked and one of the men was trying to ** him in the ** as he squirmed. I looked up at my dealer. He just smiled and ordered me to get back to work. I felt so bad but I did as I was told. I managed to get him off fairly quickly but it didn't help, he made me sit beside him and watch as the two men abused my friend. By the time I was forced to watch he had stopped struggling and was just laying there crying as the man ** him very hard. I could see the man was very large. When he finished the other man took his place and abused my friend even worse. Slapping his ** and calling him a **.
When they finished my friend quietly dressed and we left. He refused to speak all the way home. Further he has refused to speak to me since.
I am so sorry. I didn't know this would happen.
