Gained weight because of nnn

I just weighed myself and found out that I gained 8 lbs this November. And this is kinda awkward but I'm certain it's because nnn. I attempted it first time this year and I succeeded, but it was pretty hard. I thought that maybe it would be easier if I replaced nutting with eating and it worked, but now I went from skinny to skinny fat.
