My younger sister is jealous of how skinny I am. She always says to me "Why are you smaller than me? Why can't I be skinny like you?" But she doesn't know that I stopped eating for months. I'm scared she'll end up like me.
You should tell her. If she didn't reach the age for this stuff yet, you will have to tell her one day to prevent this. I feel with you since it is the same for me - and it feels horrible but good at the same time.
The only way to prevent her ending up like this is telling her. As hard as it is.
