I have this weird fetish for stomachs

I'm a 14 year old girl and for as long as I can remember, I've had this weird thing for stomach noises, vore, and pregnancy. I remember being 5 years old and seeing a character's stomach growling on a show and at first I was scared, but after a while, I started to enjoy stomachs growling. I think I started getting into vore from that one curious george episode where he goes inside his body while he's sick. I used to fantasize about going inside certain TV character crushes' stomachs as well as their stomach growling. Also I identify as bisexual and I get turned on by both genders stomach growls but mostly female. I also always enjoyed thinking about pregnancy. In first grade, me and my friend would pretend that she w as pregnant. I would put my hand on her stomach and "feel the baby moving inside her belly" also at one point she claimed to be pregnant with 10 babies. She would push in and out her stomach to make it feel like the baby have moving, and I would get really turned on and get a weird feeling in my private part. When I was 11-12 and when she got pregnant I became obsessed with her, and I think its because she was pregnant and I had a pregnancy kink. But I get extremely uncomfortable when I imagine myself pregnant, and I think I have a fear of getting pregnant. when I was 12, I discovered what vore was from a stomach growling youtub channel. I know vore videos get a bad reputation on YouTube and so are stomachs growling videos. So I need advice, is this a fetish or just a fear, or something else?
