Latinas' Love makes you Large?

I've heard that many women of certain cultures are very effective at fattening their husbands or boyfriends (Italian, Asian, Puerto Rican, Indian, Southern US and Caribbean women, for example) but the most I've heard about is that Latinas will make their men huge. I wonder how true and widespread this is.

I've even heard of some Latinas fattening their men up to 300lbs or more.
