Groan at the mausaleum

I was at a graveyard when I was walking with a friend at nighttime. We heard an audible groan.

We got the ** out of there but I was curious. Was it really a ghost? I returned to the same gravesite the next day.

The sound had come from a crypt and looking over the names and inscriptions I saw nothing out of the ordinary. Zero nada.

To this day I wonder what it was we really heard.
