Totally embarrassed in front of wife at jiu jitsu
I have started taking BJJ classes some months ago, and I got a white belt and two stripes. Last week we had a tournament, and my wife insisted that she wanted to come and see me. Once there she cheered on me, and was expecting me to win. Unfortunately I lost basically every fight, was caught in many painful holds right in front of her and had even some guys smile at her while holding me down. Ever since I haven't been the same with her and especially in the bedroom I am having my issues, not being able to perform all too well...

She has probably been fantasizing about your opponents that beat you. It probably took all her will power not to just drop to her knees right there after the matches and offer her mouth to them.
Lighten up Francis, you lost. But you tried. Better than some lard hole that never actually does or tries things. Now, go take her tonight!
