i wet the bed almost every night the doctor says its just because im a deep sleeper any advice how to stop this

  • Don't drink fluids beyond 7 - 9 and go to the bathroom before bed. Wake up on purpose to go again later in the night. A little bit of lost sleep is better than hours of washing sheets.
