In low paying jobs blacks are the least reliable. They come in late, leave early and take all of their sick leave even if they aren't sick.
One black guy was a printer at the hospital where I worked and he was nowhere to be found. We thought he was gone until we saw his car.
We found him playing cards in a room behind the elevator.He got a written reprimand but he messed up again and he got fired.
One black guy was arrested at work for beating his wife. He got fired for that.
Theres a whole list oof things they do. They come to work without their ID badge and want to borrow yours. That got another black guy fired.
Productive blacks often fire bad black workers and that is a sight to see.
