Why do some fans think Millie cheated on Moxxie

So like 5 days ago, sinmas, the 12th and final episode of season 2 of helluva boss came out and we find out that Millie is pregnant. She’s afraid to tell her husband Moxxie. Millie has been a very loyal wife so I don’t get why people think she cheated on him. She’s scared because when she’s pregnant she won’t be able to work for IMP and her and Moxxie can’t afford a child. I bet you it’s the same people who thought Alastor was a fallen angel because he mentioned wings.
