Friend blocked me on all shared platforms
I'm consider myself asexual as I've never desired to be with an actual person, and frankly I intend to stay a virgin. However, I think that I'm likely a paraphile. I confided this in a friend and he had told me it didn't change anything. Yesterday, he asked me if I'd be willing to talk with him about it because he wasn't having luck researching. I accepted, and after telling him one of my main interests (which I clarified I had no intention of every acting on) and he blocked me. I had checked his profile while logged out (which I admit is slightly stalkerish in hindsight) and he had made a post about how he had no choice but to cut someone out of his life and was right to do so. I'm just a bit hurt, I suppose.

I suggest you get psychiatric health. I understand your friends feelings for blocking you, but I also understand that you did not choose to be like that, it is not your fault.
I understand your feelings but do not let it stop you. Perhaps you should consider finding other people of similar interest. and sharing with them. Physical pleasure is a major driving force. Good Luck
