Americans Deserve What We Get
We're probably at the point of revolt, but most Americans are too propagandized to see it. We're so busy fighting cultural wars, being obsessed with race, blaming illegals or banging for Republicans or Democrats like they're gang affiliated. Neither party is serving you. They're priority is serving their corporate donors and voting out one party for the other does nothing to address that. Why does a foreign entity have so much sway over American politics?.. And you know the one I'm referring to. Is this what your founder envisioned? Why do we see the world like it's good guys and bad guys and continue to allow them to lie us into war after war? This is bigger than whoever the president is, so save me the "Trump's our savior" or "Trump is the devil incarnate" talk.
Everything that our historical leaders have warned us about is coming to fruition and we as Americans seem to love it. Most so-called "patriots" have no grounding principle and their beliefs are guided by their feelings. I can respect a man that I don't agree with as long as he can apply the same logic in all situations and not just "his side."
Our politics is a clown show and too many of us willfully participate.
I can't wait to read replies from people who read this and still launch into their partisan drivel so fire away...
I am glad that America will soon be out of history's way. No government or country's influence or dominance is forever. It is however the first time we are witnessing a very unique form of suicidal fall from dominance in modern times. This is historic but some what in line with Niero, Caligula, King Philip, King George, Hitler, Mussolini, even Gorbachev. Life will continue, everyone will adjust, humans are resourceful. In ten years it will be referenced like any other ordinary shift of power. Donald J. Trump will, just like Perl Harbor, Jack the Ripper and Chester the Molester, live in infamy.
Americans deserve what they work hard for and earn. Many people including but not limited to Americans get more than they deserve whereas deserving people often get far less than they deserve if anything at all.
Good people deserve good things but they don't always get it and bad people get good things when they deserve a quick kick in the ** and prison time.
Hope America's realize that IF Canada becomes a state they will not give up their culture, their free medical care and free education. They will also change the structure of the Senate and the House as they will add Senators and Reps that will vote center and center left and out number the American Republicans by a substantial amount.
Their European mind set and culture would spread easy. However, Canada is now considering joining the EU to escape the grip of the USA. If they succeed in joining the EU...it would open the doors to Mexico also joining the EU as Mexico has a very astute Female President. All that is left is a change in the UN on dropping the veto vote of the USA. Americans want isolation...they can very well get it and become the pariahs modern world.
It is not just the US, it is everywhere, politicians no longer serve the people, they serve the rich and in many places do so and laugh in our face
Eisenhower warned everyone about this when he left office. Our politics is just there to make you think you have some sort of control by voting. Reality is you have none. Whatever they want to happen happens.
