Betrayal from people that I loved
I was betrayed by my own sister and ex-lover. After my ex and I broke up, we promised to cut ties entirely from each other, families and friends. My sister knew how he treated me and even said that she was disgusted and loathe it very much. Recently, I just found out that she is still in contact with my ex and they have been texting a lot too. She even told my other siblings that they are like bestfriend. I knew my sister once liked LIKED my ex in the past but I didn't think much about it since we weren't together at that time. But to find out about it this way is too much? They promised me. My world once again stop spinning. It was crushed once and it's breaking all over again. How can the people that I love are the one to betray me in the end? I wish to stop living atp.

She is your ex and no longer bound to you. Since there is no signed written agreement concerning your family & friends, both she AND your family & friends are free agents that can continue their relationships as they see fit without your permission or approval regardless of any verbal agreements of which you have absolutely no proof of. So, pull your pants up, quit your self pity **, pretend that you are a real man and find a way to create a Diplomatic Détente... if the former USSR and the USA can do it...so can you.
