Girl couldn't pass the drivers license test
I had just aced the drivers license test in the Bay area of Alemeda CA. I overheard a conversation between a black girl and her father and she had not only flunked the test she had not gotten a single question right. I mean here was a 16 year old girl who couldn't pass the drivers test. I didn't miss a single question myself.
I'm from a small city near Atlanta Ga and Georgia is way less wealthy than California yet I never knew anyone in Georgia who couldn't pass the driving test except one girl. A black girl coincidentally.

You stupid liar, anyone who knows that test will tell you that just shooting at random you always get 1 or two or three answers correct - just due to basic rules of statistics
