When I was in High School the atmosphere could not have been worse. We had a lot of neer do wells and bullies and punks going to school and they did their level best to make weaker students lives miserable. They did it out of pure sadistic enjoyment. The victims had usually not done a ** thing to deserve the bad treatment.

Yet and still we never brought guns to school and shot anybody. It crossed the victims minds but it never happened.
