Incident in Alameda Ca
Just aftr WW2 my father was on the Alameda PD. He was driving around when he saw a crowd in an alley hooting and cat calling. Upon investigation they saw a naked woman being ** by a German Shepard dog. They arrested her but she just smiled and said she did it for the fun of it.
She was taken to jail and was given 90 days. she was a homeless woman and she was unable to pay a fine. She ended up in a mental facility for three years which in my opinion was the best thing that could have happened to her.
