I'm an addict.

I've been addicted to ** literature for six years, and I can't seen to stop. I tried reward systems, punishments, etc., and nothing worked. I recently started marking a little calendar on my computer every time I look up a bad website, and the longest I've been without doing it in the past few months is three weeks. I need help. But I can't tell anyone - my friends think I'm the innocent one. My parents get on my case enough without this. I'm a role model and counselor for a lot of my peers. What would they think if they knew I read **?

    • If you aren't hurting anyone, what's the harm? So long as you're not doing anything illegal such as child ** there's nothing wrong with it.

    • It's perfectly normal to look at **. Don't be so ** yourself.
