Oh shut up. Being gay is like wearing glasses these days.
It used to be a bad thing if you needed glasses-- that made you weak, a nerd (in a bad way), etc. Now dumb pretentious children buy non-prescription frames at Claire's so they can take selfies and add captions like "omg im such a nerd lol"
That's what being gay is like now. And before you start crying about how it can still be dangerous, well-- YOU were never bullied or threatened for having glasses, so you have no clue what it was like.
