hearing other people talk about how happy they are usually ** me off, or them telling me how to be happy. Its all perspective tho. All i can suggest is sunlight, vitamins, raw vegitables and fruits and lots of excersise and sleep. according to science the rest should fall into place naturally

Happiness is spending time goofing off with my fiance. Last weekend we went to the car wash to wash my truck, and he soaked me with the water. So when I got home, I pushed him into the kid's wading pool and we ended up practically drowning eachother, but it was really fun just forgetting to be grown ups for a while.
