Termination

I had a subordinate manager who tried to do the same to me and ended up filing a hostile work environment grievance against me.
The entire department was interviewed and it was revealed that the main source of the hostility was from this manager plotting against me and threatening staff who reported anything and was also illegally recording conversations.

She came back from a week vacation, was met at the front door and escorted into HR, told the results of the grievance investigation and summarily fired and escorted out of the building. She was also threatened with a lawsuit if she didn't just go away.

So, what goes around comes around.
