I haven't come out of the closet yet but it's so hard to stay in it

I'm 16 and gay. I haven't told anybody about it yet and it's getting really hard to keep it in. I've had many crushes on a lot of male teachers and secretly staring at them in class doesn't satisfy my cravings.
