You need to keep being busy.
Look I had the same problem, but mines was when the person I loved didn't like me back. The worse part is that I would see him and his GF kiss all the time. But I just got help, and tried to stay away from them. Now I know that this has nothing to do with your situation (atleast I think) but please, somewhere out there, there is someone who loves to see a smile on your face, and would hate to see you leave
