In a very complicated scenario, I fell in love with someone I vaguely knew in person over the internet. We managed to hit it off in person, for the few precious days we saw one another. He lives in a completely different state, and, like it or not, I see him approximately 2 days per year. Then, another complicated scene, and we didn't talk for an entire year.
I talked to him again this spring, for fifteen minutes in person. He's growing up, and changing, but he's still the same person. I just have no place in his life, I know. I'm not sure if I'm okay with that or not, but I really have no choice.
I'm still in love with him.
