My hair wont stop growing

I shave my face and my junk almost everyday. but the hair grows back full the next day i mean completely full the next morning. why is this happening how do i stop this hair growth. im 16 and im pretty buff because i exercise alot for off season training. i think it might be a excess of hormones but i dont know how to fix it.
