Is this really bad?
I am dating my step uncle, he's not really my step uncle though because his dad is not married to my grandma yet. I don't really feel this is bad because we really like each other and were not related. He's only a year older than me, I just feel it may be bad because of our parents knew they would be mad.....
It's not illegal or anything. "Bad" may only be considered should you two not work out and have to see each other at family functions. If this is something you both want to pursue, talk to your parents and see if they're okay with it. If it gets serious, it would be hard to hide the relationship. If you're an adult, you guys should be able to do what you want and just be mature about things should it not work out.
